[MilCom] Atlanta ATC not answering

         Currently have POISON 77 up with Huntsville
Approach they are 60 miles south of HUntsville at
23,000 feet and cannot get Atlanta to answer,this has
been happening a lot lately especially with Atlanta
ATC.Looking for them to coordinate for POISON 77 to
descend inbound to Huntsville and then climb out to
Fort Campbell.
