1735Z : 08992.0 RIMER 41 [spelt] wkg Puerto Rico - p/p 312-576-9755 Scott AFB WX need conditions
for KCEF Westover for 1900Z

1855Z : 372.200 RIMER 41 wkg Westover Dispatch - need customs, quick turn-around w/engines running
and info on follow flt plan to KWRB Warner Robins.  Dispatch said, nope to engine run, you have to
park @ base hanger and go to base ops to file flt plan.

I spotted him with binocs about 4 mi from my location - C-130 with what looked like a Vietnam-era
camo paint job.

One-time callsign?? Pilots pronounced two ways ... "RHYMER" and "RIMMER" [as in swimmer]
