     11175.0 was active at 1604z with ANDREWS bcsting a 6-character
EAM (ELL3BS) "FOR RIP ON" (or maybe "RIP OFF"; mushy audio).

     11175.0 was active at1606z with OFFUTT (good levels here) working
PLY BOARD (weak/readable) and moving PLY BOARD to 11220.0 at 1610z for
data work.

     11220.0 was active at 1611z with OFFUTT (strong/good levels)
working PLY BOARD (weak/mostly unreadable) and asking if PLY BOARD
were "async or sync".  PLY BOARD responded with "async 4-tone
alpha-eleven."  Freq should be active with this data work for a number
of minutes.
