[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - OFFUTT

     11175.0 was active at 1904z with OFFUTT (good levels here)
working TEAM 78 (unheard here) with a phone patch to MCGUIRE CP
regarding TEAM 76, and gone.  Patch followed a 6-character EAM "FOR
SAPPY."  There have been multiple 6-character EAMs "FOR SAPPY" in the
past 3 hours.
