X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.3198

So.... you are useing MS Outlook Express to send email with.
It SHOULD by default place a copy of all email you send into
the 'Sent Items' folder.

It's also possible that your own ISP blocked the message as SPAM
way before qth.net even had a chance to see it. the only way to 
tell is by a close examination of the bounce/error message.
