In refs to the NIGHTMARE callsigns reported on these dates: They were 
Canadian
CF-188s from 409 Squadron in Cold Lake rather than AV-8Bs from VMA-513 in
Yuma. My bad. Thought tower had called them AV-8's but on instant replay he 
actually called them 188s. Must have had a momentary ear/brain disconnect.
