     11175.0 was active at 2103z with an unknown player (weak/fair
levels but faded to weak/unreadable by end of xmsn) bcsting the
28-character TGOKYK.  He stepped on a PUERTO RICO phone patch so
PUERTO RICO moved his aircraft to 11220.0.
