At 1928z ANDREWS completed the 6/6/(54)/20/28 character EAM set
with a 28-character EAM (TGUM3D).

At 1931z NOON TIDE (strong levels here) called MAINSAIL and
ANDREWS a number of times with no response. From his signal strength
it's NOON TIDE that has been bumping the freq over the past hour. At
1933z NOON TIME called ANDREWS but stepped on an ANDREWS' 28-character
EAM (TGNI3B).

He's not raising ANDREWS because ANDREWS is in the midst of a
higher precedence traffic set.

At 1935z NOON TIDE called ANDREWS with no response.

At 1936z HULA 33 (good levels, not "soda") called RACE BALL with
no response.

     At 1938z ANDREWS bcst a 28-character EAM (TG23D5).

At 1940z and 1942z RACE BALL (still strong) called ANDREWS with
no response.

At 1942z ANDREWS bcst a 22-character EAM (TGMPC).

At 1950z PUERTO RICO (weak/readable) responded to a weak signal
check from unknown station.

At 1951z ____ 33 (now sounding like THOR 33) called RACE BALL
with no response.
