All MARS freqs and the designators they use to hide the identity of these 
freqs all carry the FOUO label and NOT released to mere mortals John.

Sorry, but there is nothing that is in the public domain. All three service 
MARS org  hide their ops behind that FOUO label and they don't verify any of 
their comms. I suggest you move on to others comms that are more interesting 
to monitor. I would rather watch paint dry than most MARS comms you will 
hear these days (onversations about their latest surgery, aliment or ache 
and how to grow tomatoes, etc). These comms would be quite funny if it 
wasn't for the fact that they are sucking up vast quantities of the HF 
spectrum.
