Plug in 259.70.  I have caught several shuttle flights passing thru.  If I am home, I
listen on the scanner while watching NASA TV.  You will hear the shuttle about 7 minutes
into the flight.  You will also hear the comms on your scanner about 5 seconds before
you hear them on TV.  At least with Direct TV, that's how it works.
