It is 11:56am EST (1656z).
T-38N "NASA 923" is up over the Cape. He is flying a weather
observation mission, reporting winds, clouds to "Weather CAPCOM" via
126.65.
Also, Range Control just informed one of the JOLLYs on 46.650 that
CG Falcon "Clearance 1" is having maintenance issues at CGAS Miami and
may not get off the ground to fly the Range Clearance mission today.
I am also hearing comms from Variety 1 on 141.3.
