[MilCom] C/S Help

I have 2 aircraft heading back to Hurlbert/Eglin, the first going by
SPAD-79. I have reference to this c/s as an F-16, but there is clearly the
sound of props in the background of his comms. I assume this is a C-130 from
Hurlbert. The second ship is going by FLARE/FLAIR-28 he has a much cleaner
sound possibly a fighter (F-15/F16). I don't have any reference to this c/s.
