[MilCom] 363.300 AM

I heard "Ace of Spades"  (SHANK c/s) use 363.30 for a/a at the ADW air show a few years
back.  I have "Ace of Spades" SHANK c/s listed as VMFA-231.  I may have the 231 wrong,
but SHANK used 363.30 for a/a at the air show.
