[MilCom] BOEING-102

[Keith Coleman]

Have BOEING-102 calling KMXF PTD (Maxwell AFB) on 139.300 then calling
ground on 289.400. ID's himself as a C-17 doing functional checks out of
Robins AFB. One of his checks is the radios and Maxwell happened to be the
correct distance from his location.
