[MilCom] TURBO flight

Just had a very cool visual of a string of pearls heading of northeast.
This was TURBO 87 flight (4x KC-135), presumably heading home. They were
in a climb when I first heard them so they may have been coming out of
Robins AFB. Initial air-air was on 311.0 before pushing to 303.0. Dash 3
and 4 will be performing a random AR for the next 45 mins.
ATC: 134.5>120.45>132.25
