1543Z : Navy RC 477 wkg ZBW on 123.875 - [much weaker] chk in

Whidbey P-3s??  VP-46??

These guys were yakking on 303.000 for 10mins [winds, weather, general BS] before I found them with ATC.  I have no idea from whence they came.
