[MilCom] DOG 51 x 4 northbound

Forgot to mention one thing.  BOBCAT 48 (T-45C, Meridian) departed about 5 mins after the DOG flight headed in the same direction so those to the north might want to listen for him too.  Also using VHF ATC freqs.
