[MilCom] 11175.0 - VOCATION and BLACK DAY

     11175.0 was active at 2328z with VOCATION (fair/good) calling
MAINSAIL and raiding (missed it) for a phone patch to a common DSN 271
number for some orderwire coordination but stepped on by BLACK DAY
(fair; sounds like) at 2300z for his rebroadcast of SQJV6X.  H+00/h+30
activity.  Suspected 'glass.
