#11 definitely had RAF-type as member of flight crew
#12 had female pilot and 'english-as-a-second-language' co-pilot [I swear he sounded Japanese]

Will do some searching on USAF Exchange pilot program

REAPER Flt had to hold on radials btwn Utica and Albany to wait for tnkrs who were still in ZNY sector at the time.


ETHYL BRAVO 1 & ETHYL BRAVO 2 [KC-10 McGuire]

324.600 AR204 Ar w/REAPER Flt
282.700 AR 2ndry used by REAPER 12 and BRAVO 2 [where I heard the 'Japanese']

BRAVO 1 refuelled #11 and BRAVO 2 refueled #12
