Last entry under HF section should read:

08992.0	Puerto Rico: 2359 USB w/Rama 31 (B-1B, Ellsworth AFB -not heard) 
w/request for pp to DSN 312-675-XXXX (Raymond 33) who has trouble 
hearing Rama 31. Rama 31 advises Raymond 33 that they are unable to 
complete their second AAR. Rama 31 wants Raymond 33 to contact Quid 91 
(KC-135RR 100th ARW RAF MILDENHALL). Raymond 33 advises Rama 31 that 
they have contacted Quid's CP who says that AAR was concelled and Quid 
91 never took off.
