This is interesting both because the '01' suffix is often used by planes
when a general or other top-rank officer is aboard and because generals
have been known to gather at Randolf for meetings. There is some possibility
the SecDef still lives in Texas and Randolf would be close. This might
mean Randolf was closed for the arrival of SecDef or someone else of high
rank (Congress also went into recess Friday).
