Well all, I was on that same cutter this morning & my eyes were right 
267.9, although it might be a typo.  If you look at the news tonight you 
might see which cutter it was.  Dept. of Homeland Security Secretary & I 
think every flag officer in the Coast Guard was there.  Saw lots of 
suits there talking into there coat sleeves, but I had no radios with 
me.  Also Allan Stern tells me 12xxx should be 12290 Khz (thanks Allan).
