Interesting information. Many years ago Scott use to have a C21 on alert
to handle these type of single patient aerovacs. It still appears that the
375 AW has C21's, that normally are available for aerovac. See:

Interesting that we had to have a civilian contract flight perform this
mission. As you probably know Kalitta provides all of the transporation for
Deceased service members from the Dover AFB's Charles C. Carson Center for
Mortuary Affairs, which is the DOD's largest joint-service mortuary facility
and the only one located in the continental United States.
