FAST 51  heading my way.  Sounds like a single ship.
Definitely wearing mask.

Working Boston ARTCC (ZBW) now.

2220z  381.400
2225z  263.050  No joy for 51.  ZBW heard him.
2225z  381.400  Request ZBW freq again?
2225z  263.050  Tried again.  ZBW heard him, no joy for 51.  Then, ZBW
switched on the transmitter, tried again and this time there was contact!!

I have no idea where he is going yet.  He's not saying a word to ZBW.
All he did was check in, and ZBW asked for a radio check one time.
