SKIER 91 is working PACK CONTROL on 321.000

Inbound, 20 minutes out.  PPR # NH025, 30 passengers and 1 pallet to offload.
We'll be shutting down for the offload.

Also working ZBW on 128.200 in the descent to Pease.

I've noticed that SKIERs have been coming to Pease a few times in the past
couple weeks.  Not usual for them to be here.  Wonder what's up.
