declaring the IFE, req. direct Willow Grove.

1717z   141.800   Ugly 4 / Willow Grove Ops; had the overheating problem 
before takeoff; thought maint. had it fixed - still overheating.
1720z   291.700   Ugly 4 / Philly apprch/dep. direct Willow Grove.
1725z   281.525   Ugly 1,2,3 / Harr. apprch continuing to the R5802 range.

1730z   237.200   Ugly 1,2,3 / Balky R5802; a/a 142.250; Ugly 1 says #4 text
