[MilCom] 11175.0 - RUMMY 32 and ASCENSION

     11175.0 was active at 0340z with CONCLAVE (weak to sometimes fair
levels) bcsting the 32-character EAM LLSLH4 and simulcasting same on
at least 8992.0 (weak/unreadable), and then "standing by for traffic."

     11175.0 was active at 0359z with RUMMY 32 (fair to weak levels
here; spelled callsign) working ASCENSION (mostly unheard) for a
phonepatch to HILDA METRO for 0745z arrival weather for KWR(?; faded
at last character) and gone.

     11175.0 was active at 0410z with CONCLAVE bcsting his
32-character string and "standing by for traffic."
