     11175.0 was active at 0250z with CONCLAVE (weak/often unheard)
bcsting a 32-character EAM (missed preamble) with nothing heard on
4724.0, 8992.0 or 15016.0.  After the completion of his xmsn there was
a much weaker station found in the noise floor on 8992.0 bcsting the
same string.
