[MilCom] ROPER and REACH inbound Hanscom AFB

total of 17 pax and crew, request 27,000 lbs. fuel.  Our company plane is 10 in trail.

1729z  397.100  REACH 980  working Hanscom CP, 15 minutes behind 33, request
20,000 lbs. fuel, need customs, 20 crew.

Both worked Boston Center inbound from SCUPP.   Most likely came from overseas
and is making a fuel stop before continuing.
