Airport, Antigua] @ 2327Z and ETA Ascension 0531Z.  23699lb pallets, 2 baggage, 4 cargo. 
Requesting p/p or relay of info.  Current geographic location 008N 042W

Don't know if this was military or contract.  Had much difficulty hearing ASCENSION, who was
actually relay @ Andrews.  After about 20 mins it was finally understood that Andrews would relay
to "command post" as soon as possible.
