[MilCom] OPEC 80 W/Scott CP checking on recievers

OPEC 80 (KC-10A, McGuire) up with Scott CP 383.2
having them call Nellis AFB to check on his recievers,
THUNDERBIRD 8 and THUNDERBIRD 28 (F-16's), to see if
they are in the green (airborne).  

Scott couldn't come up with anything, OPEC will try
again down the road.
