[MilCom] REACHs Inbound one with Issue

      A Short time ago REACH 6022(C-5) Heavy was
inbound to land Redstone using
120.8,118.05,125.6,126.95 landed without problems,now
REACH 7023(C-5) HEAVY requesting to climb back up to
16,000 to trouble shoot a maintanence issue,asked the
controller how high their airspace went said 10,000
but they cleared it with Memphis Atc to climb to
16,000 for their issue.
