Heavy snow and strong winds made for very little flight activity. Finally 
cleared enough in the afternoon for our visitors to leave.

298.40:  JOSA-667, (C-21A), calling High Country Control (Peterson)
257.875: CHISEL-01, flight of 2, 9A-10A, Whiteman), takeoff Colorado Springs 
enroute back to Whiteman. Switch 387.15 and climbing to 280 to clear the WX.
275.80:  DEVIL-71, flight of 4, (F/A-18A, VMFA-232, Miramar), cleared to 
Miramar.
DEVIL-74 having hydraulic problems and had to cancel. Got fixed later and 
departed as a single.
