Around that time I had Desirable working with Puerto Rico in pp tp Railman (DSN 271-XXXX asking for RF 17 & 7C. I also heard Railman make a reference to Andy Gumpp (???) but wasn't sure I heard him correctly.

     11175.0 was active at 2322z with AVAILABLE (good levels here)
working ASCENSION (weak/often unreadable) with a phone patch to RAIL
MAN (probable alias for GEP coordinator) to request RF17 7C in what
sounded like ANDY GUMP (GEP alias) and gone.
