[MilCom] Spectrum Holes Part Deux

@2147Z I heard brief, but fairly strong, comms btwn what sounded like fast-movers.

Basically, one was passing ATIS info for 'Rock Springs' and that they would be landing w/info
SIERRA on RWY11.

A few minutes later the same voice said, 'we'll plan on wing lattice [that's what it sounded
like]'.

Then they were gone, .....

I know there was some Coronet activity Sunday, but I have no idea if this was related.  The only
'Rock Springs' I can find is in Wyoming and it doesn't look big enough for fast jets and it
doesn't have a RWY11.
