[MilCom] 913th ceremony

Hi All; I stopped by the Willow Grove JRB, on the way back from the 
Wrightstown hamfest in Bucks County, in time to see the flyby of Rock? 33 
around 13:30 local. Comms were on 119.6 tower. The closing ceremony for the 
913th was taking place at the time of the flyby.
Earlier, while coming South on Rte 263, the C130 flew right overhead on 
their way to a holding pattern for the flyby. Other comms at the base were 
encrypted P25 on 138.125 and 143.125; both MP freqs.
