[MilCom] Russian Nuc Forces Increase Readiness

According to the Associated Press, Russian President Valdimir Putin is 
calling for an increase in readiness of their strategic nuclear forces. This 
may result in an increase in comm traffic in the VLF/HF region. Trond if you 
see anything out of the usual *traffic, increased comms etc), how about a 
heads up.
