2025Z : 11175.0 USB HOBBY 07 in p/p [DSN 597-4121] w/possible Keesler ops.  Were told by "ATC" to
divert to Kelly, TX and wanted to know who authorized it.  They were already 'half-way across the
country' and they would have to stop for gas and it would take them 3 hours.

I could only make out Ops saying "General" a number of times and that seemed to convince HOBBY.

I know HOBBY had been @ KCEF Westover, MA earlier  .... must have been a long day for them.
