[MilCom] SENTRY 20 & WIZARD ALPHA

My guess would be in support of the Presidential TFR
over New Albany, IN. just North of Louisville.  I
guess no CAP though?  Apparently they only do those in
larger cities.  Podunk towns like mine and New Albany,
IN aren't important enough for a CAP i guess.
