[MilCom] Civil Air Patrol Aircraft Crash Nevada & CAP Aircraft Operations?

Two aircraft crashes this year... Has anyone noticed a change in CAP flight 
procedures due to crashes?

I've noted that CAP aircraft just after the first crash in WY are  now are 
all requesting sqawk codes & flight following during VFR conditions.

Since CAP has well over 500 aircraft, it's surprising that we don't see more 
posted loggings of CAPFLIGHT callsigns.
