[MilCom] Another EAM on 311.0

I also pick this up around 2330z or so yesterday (311.00 Mhz).  It had a
strange call sign at the end of the broadcast, but I did not right it down.
This was a skyking type broadcast it was airborne. I'm about 50 miles sw of
SJAFB here in southeastern NC.

Another EAM on 311.0 at 1:45am EDT. This one was a bit longer, and a bit
weaker, so might be and might not be from the E-4 that is on the ground at
Patrick AFB.
