[MilCom] EAM on 311.0, poss from E-4B on ground at Patrick

A short while ago (10:56pm EDT), an EAM was recited on 311.0:

K Z J Y F P G 3 B A Q G W B J K V Y 2 A A C.

It is possible that the 2nd character was a 2 and not a Z.

I believe this is from the E-4B that has been on the ground at Patrick all day.
