[MilCom] FURY 11 Eastbound

1140L/1640Z:

FURY 11 x 3 (B-2A, 509th BW, Whiteman) is headed
eastbound.  Not sure of destination.  A2A is on 388.85
but not very chatty.  They are in the block FL240 to
FL260.

ATC sequence: Memphis Ctr 354.15>288.35>257.75>,
Atlanta Ctr 363.1 however he switched 363.125 
Apparently he can still hear center but they are
coming in broken and center is having a difficult time
hearing FURY flight.  Gee, i wonder why?  He's offset
25KHz.  I never actually heard him on 363.1
