[MilCom] F-15 down in Knox Co Indiana

Apparently there was a 2nd aircraft (F15?) that was his wingman and reported 
"a good chute"

Unforunately, not many milcom monitors in that area to confirm air/air usage 
prior to bailout
Red Hills MOA, just south of Vincennes was being used for combat training 
with the bailout/crash occurred.
