Sounded like:

WOLF SIERRA ONE

Headed generally along the coast, haven't seen that
progression of frqs before.  And he was climbing out
of FL100 for FL300, so he might have taken off
somewhere in RI or Eastern MA.

Couldn't tell if he was a heavy, small exec-type or
jet jockey.

Anyone catch *anything* like this???
