ID'd as Boeing 737-200 (twin jet) that arrived 1501 hrs local & than 
departed for Norfolk NAS
per www.flightaware.com

It looks like AMC contract aircraft are no longer using REACH type callsigns 
BUT just typical assigned FAA related company callsign
