14396.5 GIZMO 970....at least that's what it sounded like.  Calling 
any MARS station for a phone patch.  Probably meant to be on 13927.0 
or another MARS frequency, but interesting that the SHARES primary 
daytime frequency was likely programmed into his radio: 1640 UTC USB
