[MilCom] Heads up E TN and US

LIGHTNING 1 headed eastbound @ FL210.  Just decended
to that altitiude and now decending to 11000. 
Possbibly landing Knoxville.  ATC sequence has been:
Memphis Ctr 257.75>285.5>, and now Atlanta Ctr 254.3

Not sure what this is but favors a F-16 or maybe A-10.
