[MilCom] McGuire AFB air show

I was at the McGuire AFB air show on Sunday, 5/13. The weather was great 
with a few clouds, but very windy. Surprislingly, the crowd was pretty thin; 
I was told by Jim Devenney that there were fewer people their on Saturday. 
The static display was small, but included an F22. I had no problem taking 
two handheld scanners, a Pro 97/BCD 396T, and a ham radio, Yaesu FT60, 
through security. I didn't get to check for the Canadian Skyhawks parachute 
team as I was trying to figure out why I wasn't hearing the trunking systems 
for Bucks County, PA or McGuire/Ft. Dix. I finally noticed I didn't have the 
bandplan programmed into the 396 for the 500MHz Bucks County, PA system; or 
the McGuire/Ft. Dix system. After programming the Base/Space/Offset bandplan 
into the 396, the McGuire/Ft. Dix system started coming in like gangbusters. 
The bandplan for McGuire/Ft. Dix: Base:406; Space: 12.5; Offset: 380.Some of 
the talkgroups I received - I locked out the Ft. Dix goups after a few 
minutes of monitoring to pay more attention to McGuire's talkgroups:
1616 = Dix PD

2096 = Dix unid.
3312 = Patch to Burlington Co. PD/CH 7
0240 = Ramp control
0272 = 305th aerial
0304 = 305th comm squadron
