1155L/1455Z:

I guess Campbell AAF must be shut down. Just kidding.
The USAF is stopping into Nashville this morning way
more than usual. Catches include:

SODA 81--(KC-135E, Knoxville) land briefly

POISON 55--(T-38C, Columbus) departing after RON

TROLL 61/62 (T-1A, Columbus) lands after overhead app
Poss a2a 228.95

ROPER 41/42--(T-38A, Beale) returning after trip to
Andrews AFB. They stopped in Wednesday and RON'd.

?JAVON? 70--(id'd as a T-6A) just landed. New call
for me. Pronunciation is Jah-von but unsure if
spelling. YL at the controls.

ATC freqs were Nashville A/D, Tower
118.4/360.7 and 257.8

T-38's used UHF, the T-6 and T-1's used VHF freqs.

Joe
Nashville, Tn.
